🌌 Love and Deepspace: A Romantic Galaxy Still Expanding

I honestly didn’t expect Love and Deepspace to take over my heart the way it has.

Love and Deepspace isn’t just a pretty mobile game—it’s a 3D otome with voice acting, real-time interaction, deep lore, and characters who actually feel like people. You’re not just picking answers in a romance sim. You’re training to fight, going on emotional dates, uncovering your past lives, and slowly falling in love in a world that keeps changing.

This review is going to keep growing, just like the game itself. It’s my space to talk about the characters, the story, and why I keep coming back.

💫 What’s It About?

You play as a rookie Deepspace Hunter—someone with powers called Evol. You work with an organization to protect humanity from creatures called Wanderers that show up due to anomalies in spacetime. But it’s more than just sci-fi battles. There’s romance; Loss; Lots of “do I remember you… from another life?”

It’s also fully voiced and looks beautiful on mobile (I play it on my Samsung tablet). You get real-time chats, video calls, and “Moments” that feel like they were pulled from a dream or a drama.

The writing feels emotional without being too cheesy, and every love interest has their own route that actually feels different. Which is rare.

🧡 Their Names (In All Languages)

Here’s something I really care about: the characters’ real names in other languages. The English ones are fine, but I personally play the Japanese version because I love the voice actors and the names just hit better for me.

The Japanese voice actors are incredible too—Kaito Ishikawa as Rei (Zayne) and Jun Fukuyama as Homura (Rafayel) are standouts. The performances honestly carry so much of the story’s weight.

💞 My Thoughts on Each Love Interest

I like all of them, genuinely. Their stories don’t feel like copies of each other, which is something that bugs me in other games. But of course, I do have a favorite…

🗡️ Zayne (Rei)

Zayne is my pick. If I had to choose one of them in real life, it’d be him. He’s calm, loyal, and quietly intense. He’s your childhood friend, but it goes so much deeper than that. His past-life story broke my heart—in a good way. He literally loses something vital every time he loves you.

I like how realistic his route feels. The tension between protecting you and pushing you away is written so well. And yeah, the voice acting doesn’t hurt either. It feels like he’s talking to you, not the MC.

🎭 Rafayel (Homura)

Rafayel is extra. He’s dramatic. He’s lowkey a menace. And I love him for it.

Rafayel is always teasing, but the second things get serious, you can feel how deeply he’s hurting. His route has that mix of fantasy and tragedy that really gets to me. He remembers everything from your past lives, which makes every word he says hit harder.

Also, he has serious “you’re mine” energy once you get past the games. It’s intense.

🐉 Sylus (Shin)

Sylus was the one I thought I’d fall the hardest for based on looks alone—and I wasn’t wrong. White hair, red eyes, kind of an outsider? Yes, please.

But he’s also got depth. He’s from N99, a place full of danger and chaos, and he doesn’t trust easily. His route is slow burn in the best way. He’s rough around the edges but protective in a way that feels earned.

His past life is even more wild (spoiler: dragon energy), and it made his emotional growth hit way harder for me.

💫 Xavier (Seiya)

Xavier is soft-spoken and mysterious. His story is one of the most spiritual—he’s connected to the stars and to you in a way that’s really poetic. He’s not the flashy type, but his moments of affection feel so personal.

I was surprised by how many of his cards are subtly romantic or even spicy—he’s way more than just the sleepy boy next door. Plus, the whole “I get weaker the longer I’m away from you” thing?? Yeah. That did it for me.

🔥 Caleb (Mahiru)

Okay, I judged Caleb at first. He seemed like the safe, sweet friend type. But then his route happened and—wow. He’s the most possessive in a way that caught me off guard.

He’s one of the more complicated characters. There are lies, secrets, and sacrifices. But it’s all driven by his feelings for you. He’s kind of a soft yandere, but done really well. His voice actor made me feel the heartbreak behind his choices.

Caleb went from “eh maybe” to “I need to protect him” real quick.

🧭 What’s Next?

There’s apparently a sixth love interest coming, and I’m so curious to see who they are. The game keeps expanding, and honestly? I’m excited. I plan on splitting this review into separate pages for each character, tracking my card collection, and covering the limited-time events as they come out.

This game has me. I’m in.
